IT for PEOPLE offers clients consulting
in the field of information and knowledge management. We understand "consulting"
first and foremost in the sense of consulting with. The
client, as a specialist in his or her area, contributes as much to the project's
successful outcome as we do as information and knowledge management specialists.
Together with the client, we bring the assignment into sharp focus, and
then work out a plan for the solution.
As consultants, we first look for resources to solve the problem that the
client may already have at hand. Failing this, we refer the client to the
appropriate specialists.
Applications Development
In the field of Web Technology, we craft solutions ourselves. For the
most part, we use Microsoft server technologies, since most of our customers
also use them.
From simple, static Web presences all the way to complex document management
systems, we have built up a considerable stockpile of original Web applications
that make our customers' work easier.
Target Group: Large Businesses
For larger customers, as a rule, we carry out projects of several months'
duration, with the following emphases:
- Information and knowledge management consulting
- Conception, design, and implementation of intranets and extranets
- Construction of Web-based special applications.
Target Group: Small and Medium-Sized Businesses
Small and medium-sized businesses generally call upon us for projects such as
the development and implementation of an internet presence or of a standard
Web-based application (an online shop or catalogue, etc.). Beginning with a
comprehensive discussion, we form a concept suited to our customer's desires and
budget.
We stand ready to help our customers keep up with the new media through
employee training, tailored to their specific requirements.
